How to Get the Most from Wellness
Time for Regeneration
Spend enough time in the sauna and hot tub. 15-20 minutes in the sauna followed by rest in the relaxation zone is ideal.
Hydration
Don't forget to drink enough fluids. Fresh water and herbal teas are available in the relaxation zone.
Gradual Cooling
After the sauna, cool down slowly. Start with a cold shower and continue with rest in the relaxation zone.
Comfortable Clothing
Bring a comfortable bathrobe and slippers. We will be happy to lend you towels and wellness accessories.
