How does reservation and check-in work?

You can make a reservation online, by phone, or by email. Check-in is from 2:00 PM, check-out until 10:00 AM. Flexible times are possible by prior arrangement with reception.

Reservation cancellation and cancellation fees?

Reservation cancellation is free of charge if made at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled arrival date. In case of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price of the booked stay applies. If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the agreed arrival date, the contractual penalty is set at 100% of the total stay price.

What is included in the accommodation price?

The price includes accommodation in a fully equipped room, Wi-Fi connection, private parking, and breakfast.

Is parking free?

Yes, all guests have access to free private parking directly at the villa. The parking is guarded and secure.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, they are not. However, we have other properties where pets are allowed, e.g., (www.ubytovanivlosoinach.cz). The pet fee is 200 CZK per night. We ask for a responsible approach to other guests.

How far are the nearest hiking trails and attractions?

Villa AURELIE is located in Velké Losiny in the heart of the Jeseníky Mountains. The thermal park is 10 minutes walk, 2 minutes by car. The hand paper mill is 3 minutes walk. Velké Losiny Spa is 5 minutes walk. Losinský Castle is 15 minutes walk, ski resorts 20-30 km.

What winter and summer activities does the area offer?

In winter: skiing at Červenohorské sedlo and Kouty nad Desnou, cross-country skiing, snowboarding. In summer: hiking in the Jeseníky Mountains, cycling, wellness at the spa, mushroom picking, and visiting historical monuments. Year-round swimming at Losiny Thermal Baths.
